Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Senior Formulation Scientist to drive vaccine formulation development in a collaborative biotech environment. You will lead laboratory activities, design experiments and help translate formulations to scalable manufacturing processes.

The role emphasizes mentoring junior scientists, delivering robust data, and contributing to high-quality results that advance global health initiatives. A strong biologics background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in biological sciences (e.g., Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Immunology).
• Proven experience in formulation development projects for biologic materials, ideally vaccines.
• Experience in formulation techniques such as freeze-drying, spray drying, and powder blending; knowledge of DoE approaches.

Responsibilities

• Execute formulation development and manufacturing activities in the laboratory for assigned projects.
• Lead, plan and execute laboratory-based experimentation on vaccine formulation development projects.
• Develop and optimize stable vaccine formulations for internal and external projects.
• Contribute to scalable, practical manufacturing processes for vaccines.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support project reporting.
