Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions seeks a Director of Formulation & Process Development to lead strategic formulation development across early clinical phases to commercialisation. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensure GMP compliance, and drive regulatory submissions to support product approvals and lifecycle management.

The role requires a strong track record in pharmaceutical formulation leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with FDA/EMA/ICH regulatory frameworks,

Qualifications

Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
Proven GMP formulation development leadership with global regulatory submissions.
Extensive knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH regulatory requirements.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced client-driven settings.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for formulation and process development.
Define end-to-end formulation development strategies for early to late-stage products.
Lead cross-functional teams across formulation, analytical, manufacturing and quality.
Develop and mentor the formulation development team; build high-performance culture.
Support client interactions, regulatory inspections, and product approvals.
