Job summary

Vitabiotics Ltd. is seeking a Formulation Technologist to join the Quality Control team in North West London. This permanent role involves developing and optimising innovative supplements, overseeing outsourced development, and enabling seamless technology transfer to manufacturing.

Hybrid work is offered (3 days in office, 2 days home). The ideal candidate has a degree in pharmaceutical sciences and hands-on experience across dosage forms, GMP, and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or related discipline.
• Experience in formulation development, product development, technical services or technology transfer.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced formulation development with CDMOs and partners.
• Provide technical oversight for new product development and reformulation.
• Review data, stability studies and documentation for quality and regulatory readiness.
• Support packaging development and technology transfer activities.
• Assist with regulatory submissions and quality system compliance.
• Lead multiple projects with a focus on commercial viability and process improvements.
