Job summary

A global SaaS company is looking for a skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the UX function within their product organization. This unique opportunity allows you to shape the design vision across various digital products fully. You will be responsible for leading UX processes from discovery to prototyping while actively influencing product direction. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work across the UK and Northern Ireland, along with the chance to establish UX best practices and engage with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

MCS is delighted to partner exclusively with a global SaaS innovator as they build out a brand-new function within their product organisation. We are searching for a Senior UX Designer, a rare opportunity to become the sole UX specialist shaping the design vision across their full suite of digital products.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading UX discovery, research, wireframing and prototyping end-to-end
• Crafting intuitive, beautiful UI that enhances user experience across multiple platforms
• Working cross-functionally with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders
• Introducing UX best practices, design processes and standards across the organisation
• Acting as the UX voice in product discussions, influencing roadmap and direction
• Producing high-quality visual experiences that simplify complex workflows

What We're Looking For

• Strong, demonstrable experience across both UX and UI
• Confidence operating as the sole UX designer, establishing process and best practice
• Someone comfortable engaging with clients and challenging stakeholders when required
• Experience designing for complex digital products
• Portfolio showcasing excellent research, UX flows and polished UI is essential
