Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join an independent multidisciplinary design and innovation studio in Shoreditch. You will shape digital experiences from concept through handover, leading UX workstreams and collaborating with design, research, strategy and engineering teams.

You will explore AI-driven experiences and ensure accessibility WCAG-aligned designs across consumer tech, healthcare and automotive projects.

We're looking for a Senior UX Designer to join an independent, multidisciplinary design and innovation studio in Shoreditch. Working across consumer technology, healthcare, wellness and automotive, you'll help turn complex challenges into intuitive, considered experiences that make a real difference.

The Opportunity

Senior UX Designer |12-month FTC

As Senior UX Designer, you'll shape digital experiences from the ground up, leading interaction models, information architecture and user journeys. From early concepts and prototypes to detailed design handovers, you'll help bring new products and experiences to life.

You'll also explore emerging AI-driven experiences, designing conversational interfaces, adaptive systems and interactions that go beyond the traditional screen. Working alongside talented designers, researchers, strategists and engineers, you'll take ownership of UX workstreams and help push the boundaries of what's possible.

About You

You're a thoughtful, curious Senior UX Designer who combines strong interaction design fundamentals with a clear understanding of user behaviour. You enjoy testing ideas, solving complex problems and collaborating across disciplines.

You'll bring:

• Experience working in a creative agency environment across varied industries and product types.
• Strong prototyping skills, from early concepts to detailed handover.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and WCAG.
• An understanding of AI-driven experiences, connected devices and cross-platform ecosystems.
• Clear communication, strong design documentation and a collaborative approach to supporting other designers.

A portfolio demonstrating your UX process and decision-making is essential.
