Job summary

Tate Recruitment is seeking a Senior UX Designer for a fully remote UK contract role. You will join a high-performing digital product team and work across web and mobile to transform complex data into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities include design systems, prototyping, user research, and collaborating with product managers, developers and stakeholders. Experience with AI tools and agile delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools - Figma Make, Lovable, Replit etc.
• Experience running A/B testing and experimentation programmes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and user-centred design principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps and user flows.
• Strong understanding of usability, accessibility and user research methodologies.
• Experience working within agile product teams.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with complex digital products and data-rich environments.

I'm working with a well known global organisation that is looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a high performing digital product team on a contract basis.

This role would suit someone who thrives in fast-paced product environments and enjoys turning complex requirements and data into intuitive, user-centred experiences. You'll work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to shape and improve digital products used by a large international customer base.
