Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior UX/UI or Product Designer with a CRO focus to join our agile CRO squad. You will craft, test, and deliver high‑performing digital experiences across desktop and mobile, translating data and test insights into design variations that maximize conversions.

You\'ll work hands‑on with CRO Strategists, Web Analysts, Product Managers, and front‑end developers, contributing to tokenized design systems and scalable, brand‑consistent journeys for a portfolio of sub‑brands.

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience designing for A/B testing, personalisation, CRO, or landing page optimisation.
• Tokenized Design Systems mastery in Figma to manage styling variables and cross‑platform consistency.
• Ability to design distinct user journeys for multiple sub-brands while maintaining core system rules.
• Experience designing high‑converting ecommerce experiences and transactional pages.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process with test-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for A/B and multivariate tests across web and mobile.
• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for experimentation.
• Create pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with CRO Strategists, Web Analysts, Product Managers, and developers.
• Turn testing data and hypotheses into actionable design recommendations.
