Parall is seeking an experienced Principal UX Designer to lead the Experience Design team across digital products and services in a senior, hands-on role. You will drive discovery, shape strategy, and guide multi-project roadmaps, while mentoring designers and raising practice standards.

You will connect digital and non-digital touchpoints, influence client roadmaps, and apply service design thinking to improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in UX or digital product design leading complex engagements.
• Experience shaping experience strategy and discovery workshops.
• Practical service design with journey mapping and blueprints.
• Advanced user research, synthesising qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Excellent interaction and visual design translating complex requirements.
• Advanced Figma skills and evolving reusable design systems.
• Strong content design, accessibility and inclusive design practice.
• Experience applying brand guidelines to digital experiences and frontend constraints.
• Experience mentoring designers and presenting recommendations to seniors.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and research, align stakeholders on user needs and success metrics.
• Use journey mapping to connect experiences with processes and operations.
• Define as-is and to-be experiences, baselines and ROI measurements.
• Set a clear experience vision across projects with prioritised roadmaps.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on design including prototypes.
• Raise design quality with standards and reusable systems; champion accessibility.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients, presenting recommendations to execs.
• Lead collaboration across squads, plan optimization and handover.
• Mentor designers and evolve processes and toolsets, including AI uses.
• Shape proposals, scopes and estimates for client engagements.
