Free-Work is seeking a Lead UX Architect for our Holborn, London office. You will lead design initiatives with a strong UX background, focusing on service design and strategic design direction.

A hands-on practitioner with a can-do attitude, you will champion users, clients, and teams while improving existing systems. Reporting to the Global Head of the XD Practice, you will guide projects, lead pitches, and drive design excellence in enterprise-grade digital services and products.

Qualifications

• Senior designer with 8+ years experience delivering for blue chip clients.
• Roles include Senior UX designer, UX architect, or Service designer.
• Proficient in design processes, Agile, and Lean UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead pitches, presentations and support proposals.
• Create project estimates and plans.
• Lead design efforts as a senior team member and design representative.
