Made Tech is seeking an Experience Design Principal to lead the design of complex digital products across public sector engagements. You will translate product visions into end-to-end UX strategies, guide hands-on delivery of usability improvements, and ensure accessible, citizen-centered outcomes across web and mobile.

Qualifications

• Strong practical grasp of user-centred design in public sector environments.
• Experience across User Research, Content Design and Interaction Design.
• Ability to advise on Service Design principles and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proven track record leading complex digital product design and end-to-end journeys.
• Excellent consulting skills with senior stakeholder management.
