Job summary

Parall is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our Experience Design team. Lead discovery, translate insights into clear experience direction, and collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver usable, elegant, and commercially impactful solutions across web, mobile apps and interactive digital designs.

You will mentor mid-weight and junior designers, contribute to design systems in Figma, and work with clients across sectors.

Qualifications

5+ years in UX/UI or digital product design (agency/consultancy)
Strong experience planning and facilitating discovery workshops
Hands-on in user interviews, usability tests and unmoderated testing
Strong experience with Figma and design systems
Translate insights into IA, user flows and journey maps
Strong visual design sensibility across typography and layout
Experience with brand guidelines or shaping new visual directions
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Experience in agile teams and iterative delivery cycles

Responsibilities

Plan and lead discovery workshops, aligning objectives, requirements, KPIs and success measures.
Plan and run user research (interviews, usability testing, unmoderated tests, workshops). Synthesize findings into actionable insights and present to stakeholders.
Define user journeys, IA, user flows and feature prioritisation; translate goals into design recommendations.
Turn ideas into wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes; iterate based on feedback.
Build trusted client relationships as the primary delivery point of contact.
Contribute to and maintain design systems in Figma; apply typography, layout and interaction principles across projects.
Collaborate with developers, designers and delivery managers; provide specs, annotations and handover docs.
Communicate design rationale to senior stakeholders and mentor mid-weight/junior designers.
Contribute to estimates, proposals and new business opportunities; refine design processes.
