Job summary

Free-Work in London (Holborn) seeks a Senior UX Lead Designer to drive design strategy and service design initiatives. You will be a senior hands-on practitioner, leading cross-functional teams and acting as a design representative within the organisation, focusing on people—clients, users, and colleagues—and improving existing systems.

You will report to the Global Head of the XD Practice and programme delivery, contributing to pitches, proposals, and project planning while shaping omnichannel

Qualifications

• Senior designer with over 8 years work experience for blue chip clients.
• Senior UX designer, Senior Product designer, UX architect, or Service designer.
• Design processes, agile development and lean UX.
• Collaborative work in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pitches, presentations and support proposals.
• Create project estimates and plans.
• Lead the design effort across omnichannel experiences and enterprise level services.
