Principle HR is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape conversational AI and commerce experiences for an AI product used by millions. Based in Central London, this 12-month contract offers hybrid work with 3 days on-site.

You will design shopping experiences through conversation, build prototypes with AI tooling, and collaborate with engineers, PMs and researchers to land design intent. A strong portfolio and expertise in Figma are essential; sponsorship is not available.

Formación

• Senior UX experience designing and shipping digital products.
• Hands-on conversational design across chat, voice or AI assistants.
• A real understanding of how AI models behave, and how to shape what they say.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• AI tools as part of your everyday prototyping and building.
• E-commerce or shopping experience is a strong bonus.
• Portfolio required. Applications without one won't be considered.
• You’ll need the right to work in the UK. Sponsorship isn't available for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Working out how people actually shop through conversation, and designing experiences that feel genuinely helpful rather than pushy.
• Building and testing prototypes quickly, then turning what you learn into the next iteration
• Working closely with engineers, product managers and researchers to land your design intent, and making the case for it
