Job summary

Vertus Partners is recruiting a UX Designer/Researcher for a leading Financial Services client in London to advance AI-enabled consumer mobile experiences.

You will design automated app journeys, conduct AI research to develop new use cases, and connect customer journeys with systems and AI to craft a cohesive experience. This is a 6‑month contract (inside IR35) based in Central London with two days per week in the office.

Job description

Our client is a leading Financial Services organisation which is embarking on an enterprise-wide AI enablement project and they are looking for a UX Designer/Researcher to support the organisation expanding it's AI use case development for it's consumer-facing mobile app, leveraging agentic and conversational AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A background in consumer mobile design, with a track record in designing automated app-based journeys and interactions.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and where requirements or consumer behaviours have not been identified.
• Able to connect customer journeys, systems and AI capabilities to create a cohesive customer experience.
• Active in research into the AI space, enabling them to develop AI use cases and new pathways.

This is initially being offered as a 6 month contract (inside IR35), based in Central London (2 days per week in office).
