Job summary

Mace Construct Limited in London seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of utilities packages for the HS2 project. You will guide the team to meet time, cost and quality KPIs, coordinating across construction, design, procurement and commercial functions on site.

You will manage readiness planning, ensure safety and compliance, monitor budgets, and report progress to the Project Package Lead while promoting best practice and continuous improvement throughout the works.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading project management on medium to complex projects.
• Experience in construction delivery phases of projects.
• Professional memberships or equivalents.
• CSCS or local equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of utilities packages.
• Coordinate between construction, design, procurement and commercial teams.
• Monitor timeframes and budgets, highlight risks and mitigations.
• Prepare and update project plans and ensure quality documentation.
