Mace Construct Limited is recruiting a Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial performance on the HS2 Euston Enabling Works (Utilities) package. You will drive cost control, risk management, and governance while coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors in a complex infrastructure programme.

The role requires proven contract administration, change management, and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver value and successful project outcomes in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Proven understanding of contract management and commercial controls.
• Experience on Major Infrastructure / Civil Engineering, Rail or Transportation projects (£100m+ preferred).
• Knowledge of NEC contracts (Option C essential, Option A preferred).
• Understanding of Change Management, Cost Forecasting, and Commercial Reporting.

Responsabilités

• Administering and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
• Support the preparation, review and negotiation of Early Warning Notices, Compensation Events, Change Control and Variations.
• Monitor and assess project costs, forecasts, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Manage the Change Management process, assessing Change and Risk for the Enabling Works (Utilities) section.
• Prepare consolidated CVR (Dashboard) for Subcontractor packages and monthly valuations.
