Job summary

Anson McCade is hiring for a User Research role in Manchester, operating with hybrid working arrangements. You will join a multidisciplinary Agile team delivering digital services across public and private sectors, focusing on understanding users and shaping services.

You will lead hands‑on research, engage stakeholders and mentor junior researchers, helping clients validate assumptions and deliver meaningful outcomes.

About the Role

We're supporting a leading digital consultancy as it continues to grow its User Research capability across the UK. With multiple hires planned, this is an excellent opportunity to join a people-centred organisation delivering impactful digital services across the public and private sectors.

You'll work as part of multidisciplinary Agile teams, helping organisations better understand their users, validate assumptions and design services that create meaningful outcomes. This role combines hands‑on research, stakeholder engagement and leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for experienced researchers looking to further develop their consulting career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and delivering user research across complex digital programmes
