Monzo is seeking a Senior User Research Manager for Core Banking to shape the future of Personal Banking. You will lead research across Core Banking, partner with executive leaders, and influence roadmaps across Wealth, Payments, and Borrowing while guiding a growing team.

You will help define a scalable global research operating model as Monzo expands internationally, ensuring teams work effectively across global and local markets.

Qualifikationen

• Leading senior researchers and research managers within a complex product organisation.
• Shaping and influencing product strategy through research at organisational and executive levels.
• Working across multiple product areas to weave customer insights into a strategic narrative.
• Navigating complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities and timelines.
• Partnering with Product, Design, Engineering and Data Science leaders to influence roadmaps.
• Combining qualitative research with quantitative signals to inform recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Lead research across Core Banking and shape Personal Banking research strategy.
• Partner with Core Banking Leadership, Product Directors, Design leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Help define and land Monzo's global research operating model as we expand internationally.
• Connect customer insights across collectives to identify themes and gaps.
• Synthesize research with product data and market insights for leadership decisions.
• Manage managers and 6–8 reports, maintaining high research quality.
• Create an environment balancing methodological rigour with speed to build great products.
