Rothschild & Co is seeking an experienced Senior IT Unified Communications Engineer to support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online/On-Premises and related services. You will help manage Teams, SharePoint, Copilot and Enterprise Vault while contributing to documentation and rollout plans.

The role involves working with outsourced teams and global colleagues to ensure robust BAU support and service continuity in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• Experience with Exchange Online and On-Premises including mailbox management and mail flow
• Experience supporting Enterprise Vault and CodeTwo tooling
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 workload interdependencies across Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online
• Familiarity with Copilot, Copilot Studio and governance perspectives
• Experience with outsourced support providers and global teams
• ITIL knowledge or certification preferable
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) or equivalent is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support the ongoing management of Microsoft 365 collaboration, messaging and unified communications services globally
• Provide senior-level operational support across Exchange Online/On-Premises, Enterprise Vault and CodeTwo
• Assist with management of Teams, Teams Telephony, SharePoint, Copilot and related workloads
• Create and maintain internal runbooks and knowledge articles
• Support hardware lifecycle for Teams-related devices and meeting rooms
• Contribute to rollout, adoption and support activities for Microsoft 365 capabilities
• Administer and support Enterprise Vault archiving processes and troubleshooting
• Maintain end-user documentation and ensure repeatable processes
• Assist with High-Level Design documents and transition-to-service materials
• Troubleshoot Unified Communications issues across Teams, SharePoint and Copilot
