Job summary

Rothschild & Co seeks an experienced IT specialist to lead and support Microsoft 365 collaboration and unified communications across its global sites. You will manage Exchange Online and On-Premises, Enterprise Vault, and CodeTwo while contributing to rollout, adoption and governance of Copilot and related workloads.

This role requires working with global teams to ensure robust production services, documentation, and incident/problem/change processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outsourced IT teams and acting as SME for Exchange Online and On-Premises.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online/On-Premises mailbox management, mail flow, permissions and hybrid deployments.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Vault, email signature tooling like CodeTwo, and Copilot governance.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 stack and related licensing, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Familiarity with Teams telephony hardware and room systems.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a high‑pressure global environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Microsoft 365 collaboration, messaging, and UC services across Rothschild & Co sites globally.
• Provide senior-level operational support for Exchange Online/On-Premises, Enterprise Vault, and CodeTwo.
• Assist with Teams, SharePoint, Copilot rollout, adoption, and governance activities.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles; maintain hardware lifecycle for meeting rooms and telephony devices.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to deploy new services with BAU support and incident/change management.
