Qualifications

• Extensive leadership in ultrasound service delivery across multiple modalities.
• Experience aligning clinical governance and audit across complex radiology services.
• Ability to mentor sonographers and medical staff and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance the Ultrasound service across Trust sites.
• Provide expert clinical practice in abdominal, gynaecology, obstetrics, vascular and specialist ultrasound.
• Shapes service development and leads governance, audit, and research activities.
• Manage recruitment, performance and competency across the sonography workforce.
• Lead ultrasound research, protocol development and training for internal and external learners.
