Job summary

Diagnostic World in Leicester is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner Sonographer to join our diagnostic team. You will perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations, report findings, and contribute to patient care across client partners while working independently and with colleagues to uphold high clinical governance standards.

You will hold HCPC registration, a radiography qualification, and a postgraduate ultrasound qualification, with strong organisational skills and the ability

Qualifications

• Experience working independently across ultrasound practice.
• We require HCPC registration and a postgraduate ultrasound qualification.
• Ability to provide expert clinical opinion across ultrasound procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations including abdominal, gynae, pelvic, small parts, vascular, MSK, early pregnancy.
• Independently perform examinations to required standards and produce reports.
• Manage ultrasound lists and prioritise patients, communicating with referrers.
