Job summary

Huel is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to elevate the customer journey across our ecommerce platform, account area, and internal tools. You will lead UX initiatives to optimise conversion, retention and usability while collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Creative and Content teams.

The role requires 3-4 years of UI/UX experience in ecommerce, a strong portfolio showing CVR/AOV/retention improvements, and a data-driven, user-first mindset. Hybrid work and competitive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

3-4 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in ecommerce or DTC.
Portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements in CVR, AOV, or retention.
Experience with user research and usability testing and translating insights into design.
Strong communication to balance UX with business goals.

Responsibilities

Design experiences across ecommerce site, account area, and internal tools.
Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Creative, and Content to launch features.
Collaborate with Senior UI/UX Designer to ensure data-driven, user-first solutions.
Support and scale design system for consistency and efficiency.
Run UX studies to understand customer pain points and motivations.
Contribute to UX roadmap prioritising enhancements that boost conversion and LTV.
Design across the full journey from landing pages to checkout and retention flows.
