Tomorrow Recruitment Ltd | B Corp™ is seeking a Senior UI Designer to join an independent, multidisciplinary design and innovation studio in Shoreditch. You will shape visual design directions across digital products, UI, motion design, and emerging AI experiences.

Collaborating with designers, developers, strategists and engineers, you’ll own creative output, mentor juniors and raise the quality of the studio’s digital work, with a view to a permanent role after the 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a creative agency delivering digital products.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy expertise.
• Experience with AI tools in design processes.
• Ability to mentor junior designers.
• Proficiency across motion design and 3D concepts.

Senior UI Designer | 12-month FTC

We're looking for a Senior UI Designer to join an independent, multidisciplinary design and innovation studio in Shoreditch. Working across technology, healthcare, wellness and automotive, you'll help turn ambitious ideas into products and digital experiences that make a real impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll shape visual design direction across digital products, beautiful UI, motion design, 3D prototypes and emerging AI experiences. Working alongside talented designers, developers, strategists and engineers, you’ll bring creative thinking and exceptional craft to projects from concept to delivery.

There’s scope to take ownership of creative output, mentor other designers and influence the future of the studio’s digital work.

About You

You're a creatively driven Senior UI Designer with a strong eye for typography, layout, hierarchy and interaction. You bring fresh ideas, tell compelling stories through design and enjoy collaborating across disciplines.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience in a creative agency environment, delivering digital work across varied industries.
• A thoughtful approach to AI tools and their role in the design process.
• An understanding of motion design and 3D, connecting digital experiences with physical products.
• The confidence to guide junior designers and help raise creative standards.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for excellent design.
