Job summary

Native Design Co. in Shoreditch is seeking a Senior UI Designer to define visual direction and deliver outstanding digital experiences across platforms. You will shape narratives, mentor teammates and push creative boundaries in a fast-paced studio.

You’ll lead typography, layout and interaction while embracing multi-modal AI-enabled workflows, 3D and motion design to elevate craft and drive innovation across tech, wellness and automotive projects.

Qualifications

• Storytelling focus across narratives for clients, teams and users.
• Active exploration and thoughtful integration of AI tools into workflow.
• Understanding of 3D and motion to bridge tactile and digital.
• Obsessive typography, hierarchy, layout and interaction accuracy.
• Willingness to mentor junior designers and influence studio craft.
• Strong visual design sense with cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

Along the way we've collected more international design awards than any independent studio in Europe.We're looking for a passionate, collaborative and creative Senior UI Designer with an impeccable eye for beauty, a head full of ideas and a strong sense of creative direction to join our studio in Shoreditch. We're hired to create wholly new products and experiences, so we're as many inventors as designers. As a Senior UI Designer, you'll help define the future of our digital output, shaping remarkable experiences across tech, healthcare, wellness and automotive. You'll set visual design direction and deliver excellence across many platforms - from multi-modal AI experiences, beautiful UI, emotionally engaging motion design and 3D prototypes. You'll take ownership of creative output, grow into a mentorship role, and have a genuine influence on how the studio evolves. You'll work with some of the world's best designers, developers, anthropologists, strategists, and engineers to make work that pushes boundaries, challenges perceptions, and - occasionally - changes the world.
