Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Manual Testing Associate to join the Cross Product Change Services team. You will lead end-to-end user acceptance testing for Securities Services projects, collaborating with business, operations, and technology to ensure successful change initiatives.

You will design test plans, develop scenarios, and manage test data, while contributing to continuous improvements and ensuring regulatory alignment across large transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in UAT/QA test execution and change initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into test plans and scenarios.
• Proficient with test data planning and coverage.
• Experience managing defects and tracking with a test management tool.

Responsabilités

• Understand business and functional change requirements to design test plans and scenarios.
• Identify test data requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Provide test planning, execution, and defect management services.
• Partner with QA Technology teams to enhance automation tools and drive execution efficiency.
• Record, organize, and track test evidence using JIRA.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting on project status to stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Technology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale transformation programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and client-driven change agendas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
