A leading independent fiduciary business is seeking an experienced Senior Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of complex trust, company, and wealth structures.

This role involves the day-to-day administration of client entities, maintaining strong client and intermediary relationships, and delivering a high-quality service while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with investment managers, advisors, and other professional service providers, providing effective solutions to complex fiduciary matters.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of offshore trust and corporate structures
• Maintaining and developing client and intermediary relationships
• Reviewing financial statements, trust accounts, and related reports
• Supporting business development initiatives and identifying opportunities within existing client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, AML, CFT, and risk management frameworks
• Assisting with governance, operational efficiency, and profitability objectives
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
