Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, Trial Delivery Management (TDM) in Maidenhead (Hybrid). You will execute study-level activities, manage documents, oversee vendors and budgets, and coordinate country/regional delivery in alignment with feasibility strategies and program risk controls.

You will mentor team members, interact with trial management and clinical functions, ensure quality and timelines, and support inspections and process improvements across programs.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare or related industries.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical development process.
• Clinical research operational knowledge across phases I-IV; able to manage study execution.
• 2-3 years leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and financial management skills.
• Experience in global, matrixed environments and mentoring others.
• Excellent project planning/management, communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Create and update critical trial documents (Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP documentation).
• Set up and manage study vendors, budgets, and SOWs.
• Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews.
• Develop program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical Writing.
• Contribute to trial-level operational strategies and issue resolution.
• Participate in process improvements across trials, compounds, and DU levels.
• Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning.
