Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Health, Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical trial execution experience in pharma/medical device/CRO.
• Proficiency with IT systems supporting clinical development, reporting tools and Office 365.
• Solid understanding of drug development, GCPs and FDA CFR.
• Ability to partner and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication, business partnering, problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Global business mindset and willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Project Management or Process Improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and implementing technology improvements to CTM Solutions systems and processes.
• Assessing study-team needs and translating them into practical system solutions.
• Supporting study build, maintenance and use throughout study lifecycle.
• Providing end-user support via tickets and shared mailboxes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflows via automation, analytics and GenAI while ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Coordinating release management, UAT, and system integrations with IT and vendors.
• Troubleshooting complex system issues with IT and vendors.
• Creating training and reference materials for users.
