Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Local Trial Manager to lead UK/Maidenhead trials with hybrid work (3 days on-site). This role oversees start-up through database lock, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery, with emphasis on Oncology studies where relevant.

Qualifications

• BA or BSc in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years UK clinical trial experience.
• Experience in Oncology is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of Project Management experience.
• English fluency and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Manager, Clinical Operations for country protocol and site feasibility.
• Lead site qualification visits and country feasibility reports.
• Recommend suitable sites and set start-up timelines.
• Lead local trial activities to meet recruitment targets and data quality.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP and regulatory standards.
• Maintain trial management systems and manage reports.
• Mentor CTA and Site Manager roles and contribute to training.
• Act as primary country contact for the trial.
