Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Maidenhead, UK, is seeking a Sr Mgr Clinical Trials - Project Management to lead Accelerando program activities, accelerate execution, and drive success across high-priority development programs. You will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to de-risk launches and deliver strategic value for patients.

The role requires extensive PM expertise, global experience in R&D or supply chain, and strong leadership to implement best practices across complex projects

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in an R&D or Supply Chain environment.
• Professional project management certification (i.e., PMP, CPM, etc.) is preferred.
• Critical Chain Experience / Pro-Chain Certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Project is required.
• Proficiency with technology enabling tools including Visio, Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the highest priority new product development programs to de-risk and accelerate the launch of transformational new products.
• Utilize facilitation and influencing skills to engage with project leaders and stakeholders across J&J to enable project success.
• Support CDT leadership in making informed decisions by applying project management expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Support generation of project plans and provide insights based on analysis and scenarios.
• Drive cross-functional plan integration and ensure alignment with CDT project plans in Planisware.
• Identify gaps in cross-departmental processes and work with management to remove obstacles to execution.
