Job summary

C&M Travel Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to create bespoke journeys for independent travellers. This role is Monday to Friday in our offices with hybrid working possible after six months.

You will prepare quotations, process bookings in Tourplan and other systems, manage the full operation of confirmed bookings, and contribute to monthly targets. Strong MS Office skills, attention to detail and excellent communication are essential, with two years in travel

Qualifications

• Two years experience working in travel, ideally for a DMC.
• Experience with Tourplan is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

Our client is an award winning DMC based in London and they are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to join their team. You will be creating bespoke journeys for independent travellers. This role is Monday to Friday in their offices and comes with a salary of up to £28,000.

Senior Travel Consultant responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, clear quotations and process bookings in Tourplan and third party systems.
• Manage the full operational process of confirmed bookings.
• Contribute to monthly production targets and follow set markups.
• Handle complaints professionally and,
• Participate in product training, fam trips, and system training.

Senior Travel Consultant skills required:

• Proficient in using all Microsoft packages
• Experience of using Tourplan preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Two years experience working in travel ideally for a DMC
