Job summary

Travel Trade Recruitment in London is seeking a Senior Touring Specialist to take ownership of complex travel arrangements from enquiry through to completion. This role is hybrid, based in London with flexible working options, and requires strong organisational skills to deliver high-standard itineraries.

You will manage domestic and international touring itineraries, arrange flights, accommodation and transport, mentor colleagues, and ensure records comply with client requirements and company

Qualifications

• Significant experience within business travel, touring or corporate travel management.
• Strong knowledge of international travel arrangements and complex itineraries.
• Experience with relevant travel booking systems / GDS platforms.

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Touring Specialist to join our growing business travel team.As Senior Touring Specialist, you'll take ownership of complex travel arrangements from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every journey is carefully planned, efficiently managed and delivered to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing complex domestic and international touring itineraries.
• Arranging flights, accommodation, ground transportation and other travel services.
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing your knowledge and industry expertise.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all travel arrangements comply with client requirements and company procedures.

About You
