Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a dynamic Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join the M25 DBFO project team in the UK. You will oversee design reviews, manage timelines and external consultants, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders throughout feasibility, design, construction and handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project teams to deliver multiple projects.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, risks and change within NEC or similar frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with the Portfolio Manager, SPM, Construction/Supervisor Teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery objectives.
• Clarify roles and responsibilities, resolve risks and issues, produce timely reports, and maintain records including change management.
• Design, agree and implement project plans with resources to deliver objectives across feasibility to handover.
• Lead programmes through lifecycle and inform investment proposals for clients at each stage.
• Develop robust cost profiles and quantify resource requirements.
• Identify and mitigate emerging risks and constraints, escalating as needed and implementing solutions.
• Commission and manage Sub Contractors and Designers, ensuring health and safety, time and cost expectations are met.
• Support sustainability activities including net zero and biodiversity net gain.
• Coordinate with Construction/Supervisor teams to manage permits, certificates and site reporting.
• Manage NEC Contracts Options as Project Manager.
