Job summary

Egis, a global engineering and consulting group, is seeking a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to join the M25 DBFO project. You will provide technical reviews, lead design delivery, and coordinate multi-disciplinary schemes within tunnel environments, ensuring compliance with DMRB, MCHW, and safety standards.

This UK-based role offers the chance to shape renewal strategies, manage external consultants, and work with CPS partners, National Highways, and stakeholders on a 30-year asset program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related field.
• Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical projects.
• Familiarity with the DMRB, MCHW and British/European regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assurance and reviews of design proposals.
• Lead engineering reviews to drive innovative, safe solutions.
• Coordinate design and sequencing of multi-disciplinary schemes in tunnel environments.
• Liaise with stakeholders to develop design solutions.
• Lead the design and delivery of M&E projects from concept to construction.
