• Proven MSc level or equivalent in Transport Planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide transport planning analysis to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Model strategic interventions and appraise value for money of options.
• Lead analytical assurance and monitoring across schemes.
• Engage with NH project sponsors, project managers and DfT stakeholders.
• Deliver training and share technical knowledge across National Highways.
