Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience of delivering transport, highway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong policy development, planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Experience of preparing reports, briefings and presentations for a range of audiences.
• The ability to build effective relationships, influence others and work collaboratively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive and innovative approach to problem solving and service improvement.
