Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Principal Transport Planner in Leeds to lead development planning projects, working with clients, authorities and developers. You will manage multiple studies, provide strategic transport advice and drive successful project delivery.

The role requires strong experience in development/transport planning, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality outcomes for a diverse client base. Hybrid working is available.

Formación

• Strong background in development planning/transport planning.
• Experience leading transport planning commissions from inception to completion.
• Experience liaising with Local Planning Authorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead transport planning commissions from inception through to completion.
• Prepare and review Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Provide transport planning advice to developers and private-sector clients.
• Assess transport implications of residential, commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use developments.
• Undertake development-related highways and transport assessments.
• Liaise with Local Planning Authorities, National Highways and other stakeholders.
• Support planning applications and discharge transport-related conditions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support wider business with fee proposals, tenders and business development.
