Job summary
Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Principal or Associate Transport Planner to lead development planning projects from feasibility to planning approval in Bristol. You will mentor junior staff, strengthen client relationships and help win new work while shaping the growth of the Bristol office.

Qualifications
- Significant consultancy experience within development planning transport planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, Travel Plans and planning policy.
- Excellent working knowledge of Junctions 10 (ARCADY/PICADY), TRICS and TEMPro.
- Proven experience leading projects, managing client relationships and delivering work to a high technical standard.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of development planning projects from feasibility through planning approval.
- Mentor junior team members, strengthen client relationships and help win new work.
- Provide technical leadership and quality assurance across the transport planning team.
- Lead fee proposals and contribute to business development in the South West and beyond.
- Support growth and strategic direction of the Bristol office.
