Qualifications

• Experience managing drivers or a transport team.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day transport operation.
• Support drivers, warehouse and admin staff.
• Oversee daily planning, vehicle movements and deliveries.
• Monitor transport performance and resolve issues.
• Handle driver and customer queries.
• Collaborate with warehouse and planning teams.
• Track vehicle availability and maintenance.
• Ensure safety and compliance of drivers and vehicles.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and costs.
• Oversee administration and performance reporting.
