Job summary

Arup’s Transport Consulting team in Birmingham is hiring experienced Transport Modellers to join a collaborative, data‑driven environment. You will develop strategic models, forecast future conditions, test mitigation scenarios and support bids and reporting across highways, public transport and multimodal schemes.

You will work with senior modellers and project managers, contribute to client engagements and share insights across disciplines and geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport modelling across highways, public transport and multimodal models.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and technical note writing with clear presentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic transport models and forecast future conditions.
• Test mitigation scenarios and undertake scheme assessment.
• Contribute to projects and bids through data analysis, modelling and reporting.
