Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced evaluator or social researcher to design and deliver high-quality evaluation projects for public and private sector clients across the UK. You will lead mixed-methods studies, engage with stakeholders and shape how evidence informs policy and investment decisions.

You will work with clients across government and transportation sectors, applying Magenta/Green Book guidance and advancing evaluation best practices while developing your leadership and technical

Qualifications

• Experience of designing and delivering evaluations of policies, programmes or projects in public policy, local government, or transport sectors.
• Experience of developing theories of change and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience of leading proposals, bids or business development activity.
• Strong project management skills, including budgets, timelines, risks and teams.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
