AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior/Principal Evaluation and Social Research Consultant to join our growing team across the UK. You will design and deliver robust evaluation projects for transport policy and infrastructure clients, applying mixed-methods approaches and cutting-edge data analysis.

You will lead client engagements, develop evaluation frameworks, and contribute to proposals, ensuring high-quality evidence and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering evaluations of policies, programmes or projects.
• Experience developing theories of change and evaluation frameworks.
• Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver mixed-methods evaluations for public and private sector clients.
• Advise clients on robust evaluation approaches and communicate findings clearly.
• Lead projects, manage timelines and budgets, and contribute to bids.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and support business development.
