Job summary

Executive Network Group is assisting a leading beverage manufacturer to appoint a Transport Compliance Manager in the Aston area. The role ensures compliance across the Transport Department and garage, maintaining health, safety and wellbeing, and meeting all service levels and SLAs.

Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you will lead audits, drive regulatory adherence, manage driver hours and vehicle compliance, and provide guidance to other departments on transport compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations.
• Transport Manager CPC ideally.
• Management qualification (ILM or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Transport Operations Manager.
• Ensure department meets legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and driver hours compliance.
• Oversee audits and address non-conformances.
• Develop Transport KPIs and reporting.
• Provide guidance across departments on transport compliance.
