Responsibilities

• Submit claims to maximise cash flows.
• Manage and motivate employees and sub-contractors and address performance.
• Manage cost budgets for the works location.
• Prepare outputs for periodic customer reviews.
• Maximise productivity and plan work teams effectively.
• Handle HR issues at site level professionally.
• Provide progress data for financial reporting as directed.
• Engage with customers professionally.
• Deliver KPIs on safety audits, product margins, operating costs, and cash flow.
