Job summary

Omexom UK seeks a Project Manager to lead a high-value, multi-discipline team and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion, managing budgets, schedules and staff to meet objectives.

You will drive safety, quality and commercial performance, collaborate with key stakeholders, and mentor project personnel to ensure KPIs are attained and projects comply with governance standards.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused self-starter with initiative to succeed in this role.
• Third level qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Extensive experience delivering £50m+ programmes, including complex portfolios.
• Ability to lead client and supplier teams effectively.
• Knowledge of NEC3 forms of contract and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Take full management and delivery responsibility for assigned projects.
• Develop strategies and budgets; lead project team to deliver to high standards.
• Manage all operational aspects including P&L, health & safety and quality assurance.
• Represent Omexom with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor assigned personnel and project staff.
• Report to stakeholders on performance and recommended improvements.
• Lead delivery in line with Omexom governance framework.
• Assist with bid management, tender reviews and bid validation.
• Maintain relationships with customers for future business.
