Job summary

La Fosse Associates is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to join a business that runs bids, mobilisations, transformations and programmes for complex customers. You will translate requirements into clear transition plans, bring structure, control and confidence to delivery lifecycles, and collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales and delivery.

The role requires strong governance, planning and RAID management, with a track record of delivering across multi-workstream programmes in

Qualifications

Experience delivering projects/workstreams within complex programmes.
Knowledge of bids, mobilisations, service transitions, transformations and exits.
Experience across sales and delivery lifecycles, ideally within an outsourced service provider.
Strong programme planning, scheduling and estimating skills.
Practical experience managing RAID, governance, reporting and change control.
Experience of programme assurance and quality assurance.
Operational readiness and cutover planning experience.

Responsibilities

Develop robust transition, mobilisation and implementation plans.
Define the scope, structure and delivery approach for projects and workstreams.
Build and maintain detailed plans using appropriate work breakdown structures.
Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
Establish programme governance, reporting, change control and financial controls.
Develop operational readiness and cutover plans.
