Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of large and complex programmes consisting of multiple interdependent projects and workstreams. You will be accountable for ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while achieving agreed business outcomes and contractual commitments.

• Experience delivering large-scale programmes comprising multiple interdependent projects.
• Strong governance, risk management, and delivery assurance expertise.
• Demonstrated financial and commercial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes, ensuring strategic objectives and business benefits are achieved.
• Establish and maintain effective programme governance, reporting, risk management, and assurance activities.
• Manage programme financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, profitability, and commercial commitments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, executives, suppliers, and key stakeholders while acting as the primary escalation point.
• Lead, coach, and develop programme teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
