Job summary

MBNL, the joint venture between EE and Three, is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to deliver strategic change across the organisation. You will lead governance, manage risks and dependencies, and drive operating model, process and organisational redesign.

Working with senior leaders, shareholders and suppliers, you will ensure programmes are on time, within budget and deliver the intended outcomes, while supporting business readiness and adoption of new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Strong change management and organisational redesign experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams.
• Strong programme governance, planning and delivery expertise.
• Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple workstreams and dependencies.

• Leading large-scale transformation and change programmes.
