Job summary

Worldpay (Uk) Limited is seeking a Transformation Portfolio Director to lead the end-to-end orchestration of the Global Enterprise Operations transformation portfolio, prioritising initiatives and ensuring they are sequenced and deliverable in a complex, evolving environment.

You will shape the Target Operating Model, manage senior stakeholders including ExCo-1/LT level, drive momentum across programmes, and translate strategy into actionable delivery outcomes with pace and clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation portfolios in a matrixed organisation.
• Strong ability to influence outcomes across senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of Global Enterprise Operations transformation portfolio, prioritising initiatives and sequencing for deliverability.
• Facilitate executive-level prioritisation and trade-off decisions, translating strategy into actionable portfolio outcomes.
• Directly lead a subset of strategic transformation programmes, maintaining momentum and ensuring delivery of intended outcomes.
• Shape and drive elements of the Target Operating Model to align structure, capability, and strategic ambition.
• Maintain momentum and accountability across initiatives by surfacing risks early and translating decisions into tangible progress.
